Hi, I’m Stephanie — the nail artist behind Freckled Opal Beauty. I’m married to Dylan, mom to Cole, and bonus mom to Miriam and Millie. Family is my heart, and nails are my passion. I believe every set should feel like you — whether bold, minimal, or somewhere in between. My focus is always on detail, quality, and creating an experience that leaves you feeling confident and cared for. When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me on the sidelines cheering for Cole, spending time with my family, or soaking up the little moments in life (with fresh nails, of course ✨). Freckled Opal Beauty is more than a business — it’s my heart work. Inspired by the freckles I used to hide and the opal that’s my son’s birthstone, it’s a space for self-care, self-expression, and showing up as your truest self. Come as you are. Stay for the vibes. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ CANCELLATION policy: I charge a 50% fee for any cancellations made within 48 hours or less of scheduled appointment time. ✨NO SHOW policy: No shows will be charged 100% fee and will be required to prepay for all future bookings with a credit card. ✨ LATE policy: life happens. I get that. So, I do give you a 15 minute grace period. Big thing is communicate with me. Depending on my schedule, we might not have time for art or intricate designs (ie. French tip). After 15 minutes • you will be considered a no-show and the no show policy will be applied to the card on file. ✨DEPOSIT policy: A non-refundable deposit of $20 (mini services varies from $5-$15) will be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will go towards your overall balance for the service scheduled. This deposit must be paid before your scheduled appointment. All deposits are non-transferable • this means your deposit cannot be given to someone else to use as a deposit. ✨ REFUND policy: all sales of services or products are final. If you have any issues with the service your received, you may contact me personally within 48 hours for resolution. ✨ I do not fill nail enhancements that I did not apply. No exceptions. I do not know how well the natural nails were prepped prior to application. I do not want my name attached to improper application. ✨do not bring any extra guests with you to your appointment. Arrangements must be made if you need to bring any extra guests or children prior to your appointment. ✨ be respectful of my time, I cannot work well being rushed. 🆕 client appointments, expect at maximum time of 2 hours. Future appointments vary, but are 1 to 2 hours depending on how the nails are, and artwork requested. ✨ I accept the forms of payment in • cash • preferred • Venmo (stephaniesullivan426) • cashapp $sdhurst426 • debit card on file can be charged AT the end of your appointment. ✨ PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT ~ 🪩 MANICURE ~ showing up with bare nails is always best. If you come to appointment with product on, that will require a soak off — this could affect your appointment time. 🪩 PEDICURE ~ wear comfortable clothes that allow easy access to your feet ~ avoid shaving your legs for 24 hours before ~ consider choosing your nail polish color in advance. ~ wearing open-toed shoes after your pedicure to allow the nail polish to dry completely. ~ If you have any cuts or abrasions on your hands or feet, let your technician know before they start working on you. • you’re more than welcome to bring your e-reader, headphones, book, AirPods and watch your phone. I do have a small tablet that can provide music or videos, but if you’re looking to relax even further more, girl just tell me. I can enjoy silence as well as any other busy girl.
