By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following policies. ✨ CANCELLATION POLICY Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 36 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the service total. ✨ NO-SHOW POLICY No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file. Clients with a no-show history may be required to prepay future appointments. ✨ LATE POLICY I understand that life happens and offer a 10-minute grace period. Please communicate if you are running behind. Late arrivals may result in shortened or adjusted services (including removal of nail art) to stay on schedule. Arrivals 10 minutes or more past the start time will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly. ✨ DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your final balance. ☆ Standard services: $20 to $40 ☆ Mini services: $5–$15 Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to a different person or appointment. ✨ PRICING & SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY Service prices are subject to change as I continue to invest in education, product quality, and the overall client experience. Prices listed at the time of booking are honored for that appointment. Future appointments may reflect updated pricing. Services may be adjusted during your appointment if needed to ensure the best results, longevity, and nail health. My goal is always to provide consistent, high-quality services in a sustainable way. If you have a concern with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can address it appropriately. ✨ ENHANCEMENT / FILL POLICY For the health of your natural nails and the integrity of my work, I do not fill enhancements applied by another technician. No exceptions. ✨ GUEST POLICY Please arrive alone to your appointment unless prior arrangements have been made.
