Hi, I’m Stephanie — the nail artist behind Freckled Opal Beauty. I’m married to Dylan, mom to Cole, and bonus mom to Miriam and Millie. Family is my heart, and art is my passion. I believe every set of nails should feel like you — whether bold, mininal, or somewhere in between. My focus is always on detail, quality, and creating an experience that leaves you feeling confident and cared for. When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me on the sidelines cheering for Cole, spending time with my family, reading a smutty romance book, baking bread, or crafting something. Freckled Opal Beauty is more than a business — it’s my heart work. CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ FRECKLED OPAL BEAUTY Salon Policies — Please Read Before Booking ✨ CANCELLATION POLICY A 50% fee will be charged for any cancellations made within 48 hours or less of your scheduled appointment time. ✨ NO-SHOW POLICY No-shows will be charged a 100% fee and will be required to prepay for all future bookings with a card on file. ✨ LATE POLICY Life happens — I get it! I offer a 15-minute grace period, but please communicate with me if you’re running behind. If you arrive late: • We may need to shorten or remove nail art (French, designs, etc.) depending on my schedule. • After 15 minutes, you will be marked as a no-show, and the no-show policy will apply to the card on file. ✨ DEPOSIT POLICY A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment: • Standard services: $20 • Mini services: $5–$15 Your deposit goes toward your final balance and must be paid before your appointment. All deposits are non-transferable — they cannot be given to another person or moved to a different appointment. ✨ REFUND POLICY All sales of services and products are final. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so I can help resolve it. ✨ FILL POLICY I do not fill nail enhancements that I did not apply. This protects the integrity of your natural nails and ensures the quality of work associated with my name. No exceptions. ✨ GUEST POLICY Please do not bring extra guests or children to your appointment unless arranged with me prior to your service.
